- Opportunities to grow in your career - you may hear about a new project and if you want change, then you can go ahead and make it happen. - Easy to have open communication with management about what I liked/disliked - The people I worked with were great. - I liked the pay.

Cons

- Depending on the project, there can either be a good structure already in place or a lot of building up. Work on the management skills for those newer teams and hire for positions available.
