Pros

A lot of the regular decent benefits that come with working at a large company(decent insurance, etc.). Good 401K match. Work schedule can be 9/80s so that you work 9 hour days and get every other Friday off.

Cons

Pay is relatively low for line of work. Management was really disorganized when I was starting. I had to move for the job and I didn't receive the moving information until a week before moving after already planning the entire move. This was even after attempting to email and call management multiple times.

Pros

- very flexible with time

Cons

- seems like you can be lazy and no one cares - lots of red tape - old systems that cannot be updated due to management priorities - lots of managers and few developers.
