Great culture , wonderful people! Consideration, support and assistance! What impresses me the most is the long career people have with the company. My co-workers have 10+ years with Northrop! The work environment is challenging and definitely will have a major impact in everyone's career! 9/80 schedule is awesome!

Cons

Don't have any at this time. Maybe in time will have some to add. The long careers within the company speak loud that it is a place where you want to be simply because you love it!
