Sever lack of training, close minded, department leads easily frustrated and have unrealistic expectations , lack of collaborative teamwork among departments in the same sector, hr department does not help with grievances only listens to them

the work is engaging & employees really care about what they do

Cons

People are leaving due to leadership - they seem to be more concerned about their paychecks & bonuses. They would much rather bring in higher level new hires rather than promoting employees that are already there. Very low morale on the business side, no one is willing to help each other as it does nothing to boost their career there.
