Pros

Great work life balance with 9/80 schedule

Cons

Harder to understand the abbreviations the company uses but once you get to know them it’s very easy to understand the lingo.

Pros

I like that this is just a job. 40 hours per week, everyone gets it. Pay is competitive and benefits are standard for the industry. Nobody gets laid off.

Cons

Some employees are pretty stuffy and boring, bonuses are weak, and 401k match isn't as good as Boeing.
