Lousy raises, no promotions, benefits cut, holidays cut, pension eliminated, pay Not competitive and the threat of constant Layoffs. In the ELectronic systems sector they just increased raises to 18 months AND the average is 2 percent so you are only getting about 1.3 percent per year. Last year the raises we're only 2 percent.

The management makes technical decisions without consulting the technical staff. The management takes no responsibility for their actions and retaliates against employees that speak up or question their decisions. Northrop Grumman corporate refuses to acknowledge any of the problems at this branch and will not take any action. There have been 3 rounds of "reduction in force" with no reduction in management. I expect this place to be closed in 2 years with the way the management is running things. Soon there will be 1 employee and 300 managers. Sound like a good idea to me. Many good people have left voluntarily due to the incompetence of management.
