Pros
People are good and typically work/life balance is good. 9/80 work weeks are nice and some positions can telecommute 1 day and sometimes up to 3 days per week.
Cons
Leadership is where this company fails. Lack of direction and ability to drive objectives by the managers and directors is the biggest failure. It makes the job less desirable. Pay is also on the low end of the spectrum. Their recruits oversell you on all of the benefits and when you actually get into the role you realize the benefits they spoke of aren't available. I have been with NGC for 2 years now and I have to say I have never seen a more ill equipped management group. If the company had good leaders it would be one of the best jobs in Dallas despite the inadequacy of the pay.
