Pros

-9/80 schedule - team tries to foster teamwork

Cons

There are no opportunities for growth. Their job openings are not new. The refresh most roles every 30 days to make it look like the roles are new but they are all at least 90 days old. In addition their training is deplorable and the San Diego team has too many new people and not enough seasoned people, hence it is the blind leading the blind.
