Pros

Good work life balance. Every month we go through a month end process. We also do weekly reporting on the contracts that we manage and quarterly profitability reports

Cons

More work from home opportunities.

Pros

Flexible schedules, Yearly salary increases, Good teams that work well together, Managers that know their stuff, Tons of opportunities to expand network connections

Cons

Benefits could be a lot better, In program promotions are almost non existent; every time you want an increase in level you have to move outside to another program. Managers play favorites. Promotions are not based on merritt or hardwork but how long you've been in the industry.
