Pros

Good benefits, although seem to be decreasing every year, great people to work with, career opportunities for those who are motivated

Cons

Management varies, educational benefit continues to decrease, some “old school” leadership and employees who are very much stuck in their old ways.

Pros

The people that make up this organization are amazing, smart, and excellent to work with. Someone is always willing to help out and we all realize the goal of the job is to protect the warfighter. At the lower levels, new ideas are always welcome.

Cons

A LARGE amount of bureaucracy. Upper management is completely detached and gets very little input from the ground floor, so much so that it has a very large impact on business in the long run. Favoritism and nepotism are near epidemic levels which prevent's the company from making actual progress.
