* Management THICK, expect to have a functional manager, assignment manager, senior manager trying to all tell you what to do at the SAME time. * Micromanagement on an extreme level to justify the existence of 4-5 layers of management. So as an engineer you are allowed ZERO creativity instead you live like a drone executing working that often times is tasked to management but you will let them take the credit right? *RUN AWAY from Sentinel!! This program has such an extreme turn over no one usual stays past three years. This leaves management constantly scrapping and doing over past work leaving gaps in the process. * You are only a number, excessive hiring as management expects people to leave. If you stay you will be taken be taken advantage of, raises are marginal and promotions pretty much don't exist you have to leave the program and reapply to move up. * PTO growth is LAME you make very little PTO considering hours worked expect 3.5 hrs maybe for every two weeks worked if that. * NO PARKING they hired soo many people there is no place left to park if you get in past 8:30 AM. * Incompetence runs DEEP , if you are competent you will be run off by management that doesn't want to be exposed all these years milking the program.

Toxic Management, no growth or development opportunities

Management picks favorites , management promotes certain folks to management, most technicians are told no raises no promotions at this time”and that the sector is losing money but we don’t hear that at the quarterly meetings.

Salaried Employees are expected to work 85-90 hours on an 80 hour pay schedule, no structured over-time, very management heavy (multi layered), and not open to Remote work as of lately.

Expectations constantly growing with no pay to compensate. Management wants the same thing 20 different ways, so the work is repetitive. Finance is the go to for many business tasks that don't have a lot to do with finance.

Much less hands-on technical work • Heavy meeting load and administrative responsibilities (performance reviews, budgeting, HR issues) • Middle management can feel pressure from both leadership and employees • Advancement beyond section/department manager can be slow and somewhat political
