Pros

Great products to sell. Many of our solutions are best in KLAS along with being the number 1 in market share for each LOB. Tons of room to grow with company if your put in the work. Our technology touches everyone everyday. We are constantly listening to customers to make their feedback and product request a reality. Its the only way we get better as a premium provider. Sales Direct and Senior leadership is willing to do what it takes to close the sales deal. Whether that be postponing billing for the customer until go live or creating special terms that meet the needs of our customers. Nothing is impossible and our leadership is here to help and encourages us reaching out to them.

Cons

Takes forever to get some things done. Typical big company hurdles.

Pros

You can't get work anywhere else.

Cons

I worked here 5+ years. Lots of punitive feedback affecting/lowering salary; nothing but verbal pat on back when you do well - no promotion, no increase in pay - all take and no give with lots of begging for extra help when Nuance needs it. For MTs (30 hours a week) you get no holidays - if it's Christmas, too bad if it's a work day - you work for same salary. No extra pay for working overtime/weekends. Finally, no solutions to software problems that slow a person down - reaction "must be your system that is at fault." Also - PTO time is pitiful - work 30 hours a week for 3 months - you get 11 hours of PTO time that's all.
