Pros

Good infrastructure, nice facility. Flat hierarchy, good work life balance. Lots of productivity improvements tool. And freedom to work.

Cons

I never see a worst HR, then anyone in Imaging division of Pune office. If you ask her some specific question on policies, benefits she bluntly say straight face, I don't no. I mean who else you can ask question on policy if not HR. And if you ask many questions, her facial expressions are why you are here. She is just opposite what HR suppose to do. Mostly, people are new but she should understand her role and responsibilities that she should help and support the employees.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, ability to work from home and supportive management make Nuance a great place to work.

Cons

It is hard to get requisitions for new employees when a group is understaffed, which puts an excessive work load on everyone else's shoulders. I would also like to see better compensation - a lot of the employees take on much more than their job description demands and we are not being adequately compensated for that extra work.

Thank you for your feedback. We fill over 1,000 positions a year globally. It is true that there is a fair amount of rigor to get approval for requisitions. The other side of that is that there is a lot of focus on improving our systems and our processes to create more effeciency.
