      Company with low potential but high ambition

      Pros

      1. Work life balance. 2. Salary on time.

      Cons

      1. Employees are unable to understand the goal and road map of this company.Only "jargons" of higher management could be heard. 2. After acquisition by a investment company, the management has become worst ever. 3. No valid work available.Only email and chat communication happening. 4. Any day employee can loose their job without any performance reason. 5. Management is more inclined towards employing contractual resources. 6. Very few customers.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, good pay and a very good team of professionals was how RKN was.

      Cons

      New management is bent on destroying the company and its products, has brought in scores of contractors who they claim to be Google material but have no knowledge of domain or product, ultimately blaming the existing employees and driving them out. it is the biggest scam of funneling money through the company and filling own coffers at the expense of brain drain and product end of life.

      Dog eat dog & bad office politics

      Pros

      Moderate to good technology and an interesting company size. It is also good you get exposure to customers in all over the world. Though that depends on the role.

      Cons

      There's a culture of dog eat dog, very bad and sickening office politics. I saw some good people being bullied and traumatized simply because they were too competent and trying to actually help their customers!
