      Pros

      Lot of international onsite travel.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Top leadership has no Roadmap. Epic lay offs happening. Contractors are being hired and given 10 times better rates then existing employees. Too much Micromanagement.

      Pros

      Heaven for people who does not know technologies. No accountibility hence no work pressure.you are king if you know little

      Cons

      80% of Indian employee have been asked to leave the company .work has been outsourced to another vender crossover.people when does not get any jobs joins crossover so you can understand the technical.capabilities of those guys.they are not employee just contractors so not accountable.rdknee is dead .within a year company will he closed with the board of members n ceo will be begging in street.ceo a tennis player ,no knowledge to handle even 15 people

      Work-life balance. Reasonable pay. Good people. Local management supportive of personal needs.

      Cons

      Disastrous, clueless management. Poor handling of people led to large attrition in one or more centres. Management purposely created uncertainty. Uncertain future.
