      Pros

      No longer exists. Was renamed to Optiva. Wedges in dollers but huge discrepancy for local market

      Cons

      A few bad decisions caused the fall Use and throw culture They dont hire permanent employees now Management removed the whole knowledge base and they rely on contractors only who have no knowledge about the domain and products Wont survive for long as telecom market is cut-throat
