      1> Good work . 2> Some good people for helping and make you understand.

      Cons

      1> Bad management I ever seen before. 2> Too much workpresure sometimes. 3> Some scrum masters are worst behaviour,they dont know how to handle ,how to behave.with employee.

      Pros

      1. Good culture. 2. Lot of Growth Opportunities. 3. Working under Pressure will evolve you as a better developer / tester. 4. Headed in right direction with Program and Projects. i.e. separating product development and customer driven development. 5. Transforming to pure Agile.

      Cons

      1. Development is partially customer driven, 2. There is further scope for improvement in planning aspects. 3. Need a big time improvement in HR function. 4. Since, product based company, there are less travel opportunities.
