      Pros

      potential to learn many technology especially for newcomer

      Cons

      - many people at middle management levels with lot incompetence skills - less people at technical & engineering level - no career growth & training - no work life balance - poor quality products and process - many potential opportunities/customers are lost due lack resources and no readiness product

      Pros

      Good work environment. People are really helpful. You will learn to work in crunch situations.

      Cons

      Lot of hacks been put to solve a problem. So not much focus on long term goal. Development is done mostly for only client specific requirement. Management keep changing the priorities of work. So lot of work left unfinished.
