Pros

- Extremely flexible work environment - If you are a good performer, you will get plenty of opportunities across the organization - Decent compensation

Cons

- Needs to diversify outside of Telecom given the overall stagnancy in the Telecom domain - Tied closely to performance of Telecom operators' performance

Bad product and top management , not clear internal communication

Pros

flexible working hour Nokia and Orga product and engineers what we acquired before Relationship between Nokia global and local No upper management scoring to the employee

Cons

many people is leaving but no fulfillment any more because company does not have enough money to survive current situation. Everyone tries to overbook their effort, finally customer relationship gets bad.
