      Good environment, good work culture, qualified and skilled resources to work with. Work-life balance is another plus point.

      Not much of growth opportunities for mid-level and senior employees.

      Compensation and Benefits are good, work - life balance is good. Cab Facilities to office available.

      Cons

      Managers are not proactive, companies vision is not entirely transparent to the team members and aggressive management will not always good for the team.
