Well from an Organization’s perspective, I have to say the following impresses me the most professionally: 1. Sense of Ownership: We being a smaller organization gives me a unique identity within the organization. At Redknee, a person is a sole owner of its assigned tasks and thrives to accomplish with individual efforts and strengths. Helps me learn and grow. However on the contrary based on my experience working in a huge organization prior to Redknee, I used to be a part of a team of personnel doing the same tasks in a shared manner, and as I said, losing the individual sense of Ownership. 2. Flexible Work Environment: I believe the environment at Redknee is very flexible. An employee is encouraged to take up different roles within the company as per interest and strengths. With my specific profile, Redknee is flexible with the hours of working as well. Such flexibility is crucial in a hectic Telecom professional’s life.
