      Growing company means opportunities to grow and explore new areas if you are keen to learn and contribute Small number of employees means higher visibility and transparancy Senior management makes sure they are approachable and connected, which is very good for employee morale Good work-life balance [of course depends on your project, team and manager]

      Cons

      Training opportunities can be improved Some long-term employees get disgruntled due to slowness of upward movement, but noticed several well-deserved promotions eventually

      - Work is of good in quality.(Technical in nature). No nonsensical work is there. - Flexible working hours. - Redknee products are in great demand outside. - You will build sound technical expertise in telecom domain if you stay for 4-5 years.

      Cons

      - Job security missing. - You can be fired anytime if there is no work. No matter how smartly u have worked earlier. - Seniors talk to their juniors arrogantly if you make mistakes. - Small company, not growing as it should grow. - A lot depends upon what type of manager you get. - Seniors may give wrong feedback about you to managers. And managers are so dumb, they just believe on them without even trying to understand the actual problem. - Expectations are sky high. Managers want you to work 24 7 leaving all personal life aside. If you are a bachelor then you are expected to take your house near to the company so that you can work late night in office and don't sleep at all.
