      Decent benefits; stock options and 401k match

      Cons

      Expect less than 2% increases per year and only a small percentage of your overall bonus potential Although in large corporations, changes are expected - do not work for Optum if you don't want to be shifted around, departments changed continuously. There is no growth or development invested in you, you will be on your own for that.

      Constantly filling out spreadsheets for revenue. Duplicate and triplicate forms because management can't figure out how to merge or extract data. Management doesn't care about the patient or the employee - it's all about the revenue. They push you for billable hours and revenue recognition. Absolutely no work/life balance. Management threatens employees by saying "if form isn't complete by tomorrow, I'll have to write you up". Company was good (Change Healthcare) until they were bought out by Optum.
