      Pros

      I have learned a lot from my fellow mates. Best part is everyone is from different place and region, so everyone has something to share, you get to know different culture, learn from one another. What I adore most is getting to learn from the best, as there are top talents and about 30% of the employee population holds PhD and Master’s qualification from across premier institutes in India, so definitely, I consider it as an advantage.

      Cons

      Only preference is given to IIT’ians and few other tier 1 colleges, others are not entertained.

      Learning aspects that is focused here is at par, I personally haven’t seen something like this anywhere else

      Pros

      Company invests both in structured class room style training, online and on the job training. So, get that you get to level up your skills and grow in your career at the core and at the best. I also heartily appreciate company’s actions to providing licenses to learning platforms like Udemy and Pluralsight and that is just to help us to keep our knowledge and skills up-to-date with business trends & niche technology.
