      Pros

      They always make sure that they stay in reach to everyone and assist wherever possible. Best thing is that we get opportunities to grow organically within the organization, most of our leaders are mentored and grown within Optym. So, for me, see this as a plus and positive aspect.

      Pros

      Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and balcony for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
