      Very unique stimulating work environment. Gets opportunity to collaborate with very smart and dedicated people. Employees are open to each other and very helpful. Projects are challenging and provide opportunities to learn and grow.

      Occasional work pressure to meet the deadline.

      In three months I never had a dull day. Very friendly people from low to high ranks. Its easy to consider Optym your family.

      Cons

      Being a "new" company still some management procedures are still on the way to be complete but you should expect so from a company of this size and years active.

      1. Excellent quality work. They spend a lot of time on R&D for new technologies. 2. The work atmosphere is really good. The workforce is talented, focused on learning and delivering. 3. The growth opportunities are immense. It doesn't matter how many years of experience you have, if you have it in you, you have a tremendous growth path ahead of you. 4. The senior management is very approachable and is always focused on taking employees and the organization to the next level. 5. I have not had a single dull moment in this company. Every day I am learning new things and enhancing my skills.
