      1.Young and very Talented team with good educational backgrounds. 2.Good Operations research domain knowledge. 3.Solving real world problems which we can see and visualize in daily life. 4.Annual Retreat, Flexible working hours, Friday Lunch, Stocked Pantry

      1.Management lacks direction and at times things get randomized. 2.Decision Making should be more prompt. 3.Salaries at Bangalore office are not at par with other good companies which is a major reason for attrition.
