Pros

I am working in a group of professionals, what gives me an opportunity to grow.

Cons

The only thing I am confused of is that the company does not support the employees with physical activity.

Pros

Interesting projects Talented coworkers Free snacks & lunch There are some nice people working here (and there some horrible people working here)

Cons

Toxic environment The pay is decent—not great—but they expect you to devote your life to the company. Some people actually do, but they've been with the company for a long time and have a significant stake in it. Still, the same level of commitment is expected from everyone, even new employees. There could many early morning meetings as most of the employees are based in India I would say stay away if you are not workaholic! Be cautious of all these positive reviews saying there are no Cons and everything is absolutely great, I mean come on! I won't be shocked if they created fake accounts to post positive reviews.

A confusing place to work

Pros

Great pay and benefits Coworkers are hardworking, smart, and driven Some of the products are incredible and the vision is solid

Cons

Bad CEO/Founder management Struggling to transition to a SaaS company - it seems like whatever the latest sales prospect is asking for, the CEO will say yes and try to build it. This derails what the team is actively working on and makes the future uncertain. Revolving door of talent - There never feels like there is job security. I was told every 6 months that we might be out of work soon due to slow movement on the product side. Lack of structure on the truckload side - All of the folks working on this side of the house are playing catchup with bugs and it feels like everyone is just working as a support team. There is no sales team to help push the product forward and it felt like bailing water from a sinking ship. Long unpredictable hours - 50 hour weeks are the norm but very frequently you will hear of people working 60+ hour weeks. Especially on the dev teams paired with unrealistically high work loads.
