Pros

It is a very mixed culture and most of the people are like family to each other.

Cons

By helping others when needed you get looked down upon. Others take credit for your work and then complain when you aren't helping them as much as they would like. They expect everything to be done in unrealistic timeframes.

Mediocre company

Pros

- Small company. Easy to get noticed if you're good. - Free Snacks, Free lunch (under $2) on Wednesday. - Work from home. Flexi-timings. - Table tennis boards, but beware, players may get targeted. - If you are mediocre, you might survive here through sycophancy.

Cons

The leaders and managers in all offices are mediocre. There is widespread nepotism, and sycophants run a mafia-like culture and can even get away with bad performance. Work culture is pathetic. Currently the company has gone into loss, so no bonuses. It's only going to get worse as per my assessment. Good talented people get fired sooner or later through politics. Ideas are stolen, your work is sabotaged. Unreasonable timelines. Impossible deadlines. Decision making is amateurish. Possible sexual harassment. Only long working hours is rewarded, not quality of output. You will see some people with red eyes due to lack of proper sleep.
