      Numerous opportunities to gain here Good tech-stack and its way cleaner without any middle hacks Skilled people and they help you a lot during onboarding process Automation and CI/CD at its best Work life balance is really nice HR team does great work and is in sync with you Feedback forms each month during probation period Adaptation is at ease with in the team

      Cons

      No cons up-to my knowledge, However if you are stuck out with a bad hardware, it can be a nightmare at times as during COVID it can take some time for the issue to get resolved.

      1) OR team is big and have many talented associates which is seldom found in most of the companies working in OR 2) The top leadership has a sound knowledge of Optimization which make it easy for the associates to discuss the in hand OR problems and its implementation 3) They have a product based company so there is no bench concept and you will always have something to do in OR unlike in consultancy firms dealing in OR 4) Top management is supportive, motivating, compassionate, sharing and and visionary which helps in employees morale 5) No legacy bottlenecks and a small team makes it easier to be acknowledged and appreciated for all the good work 6) Fast and responsible HR and Admin team
