      1. A great place to learn, work environment is great. Will get a chance to work with multi talented people who are always ready to help. 2. Management is very supportive, you will be given the first priority over the work. 3. Everyone is very supportive and new ideas are always welcomed if you come up with something new. 4. You will get every possible help here.

      All decisions are taken by a single person Mid-level, senior managers are inept. Technical people with almost no knowledge of marketing and sales are leading the function.
