      - Great work culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and your hard work is always appreciated. - Enough opportunities are thrown in terms of responsibilities to work and grow. - As an individual you get to work on some of the real world challenging problems on a regular basis which constantly pushes you to expand your knowledge horizon - You get to work with some of the smartest minds of the industry - Management is extremely supportive and takes good care of personal/professional concerns, if any. - Flexible work timings, work from home option when required, stocked pantry, health and fitness policy are great perks to name a few

      Cons

      Because the team size is small, sometimes work pressure is high.

      Great company to work for Operations Research projects

      Pros

      The company is a great fit for people who have background in OR or Industrial engineering. The problems being solved are helping major companies around the world in the transportation industry. The benefits and compensation are very good for Gainesville FL location. The office space and facilities are great.

      Cons

      The focus on software engineering can be improved. You will have tough time finding a technical mentor in software engineering.
