Pros

Very good company from point of view different aspects. Very good bonus system. High salaries. And most important, you will have chance always grow from point of view technical/professional part. There is different projects (Air lines, Rail, etc.) with different technologies and with worldwide clients (Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, FeedEx, CSX, etc.). Also if you are doing good job you will be always evaluated employee.

Cons

Sometime you can work 10-12 hours during the day, but during yearly review you will get benefits which will cover extra working hours.

Pros

1. Lot of small things like friday lunch and learns, special interest groups ,weekly comic strips, ping pong, mini library, bowling nights etc. make it a fun place to work at. 2. Natural lighting all day. Most comfortable chairs. outdoor seating. Nap rooms. One of the best offices I have seen. 3. Being a small-mid sized company, the rate at which things move are really fast without any Bureaucracy 4. Work satisfaction. I have a lot of freedom to design/present algorithms and to implement them. 5. Importance given to work ownership. Trusted me with clients and let me handle their developments few months after I started full time. 6. Challenging work. Very few companies work with this level of challenging problems in Operations research.

Cons

I cannot think of any big cons to put down here. One minor thing I can think of is the location of its US office. Gainesville does not have big city perks like that of San Fransisco or even Austin

Great if you like micromanagement and 70 hour week

Pros

Great coworkers, free lunch on Friday, nice office, yearly retreat at nice resort.

Cons

No long-term vision so directives change constantly. No work-life balance. Work week of 70 hours is common and people often have to work when on vacation, so the good pay does not matter. Managers do not know how to manage people because they are promoted for technical skills not management skills. CEO refuses to listen to differing points of view and believes his way is the only way to do things. Everyone is afraid of upsetting him so nobody says anything to contradict him. Employees are micromanaged and every decision must go through him, no matter how small. Employee concerns are dismissed as "complaints." They are told they are acting entitled and their concerns are never seriously considered.
