      The Perks Don't Out Weigh the Cons

      Pros

      Kind, generous and welcoming colleagues. So many bright and passionate people. Great snacks, free Friday lunches, great health benefits. Beautiful offices.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Authoritarian attitudes. High turnover. Too often management depends on fear to motivate people. A high percentage of employees are in the US on visas and there continual fear of deportation should they make a misstep. People were fired for no good reason with little warning. Sexual harassment went virtually unaddressed. Lots of talk of it being a "family" but that mostly meant they felt they had the right to keep you from going home to your family. 50 hour work week minimum, but most seem to work 70-80.

      Flat origination Scope of learning Sense of ownership Good Work-life balance Single work culture across globe I think every company says we are one family but most of them fail in action, but Optym really shows in reality and cares a lot Flexibly working hours Every day is learning day Opportunities Exposure Fun work environment

      Nothing I guess....its Optym! Since it is small company it takes time to get in shape.

      Pros

      Pretty cool and talented team. If you really want to grow and learn then optym is one of best platform. Prior to optym I worked for two different big firms. I truly believe that I learnt more in this organization than my previous organization. Flat structure, so you can keep your point with seniors in proper way. Working with optym, we focus on individual as well as company growth. We believe in a saying " don't be same be better everyday".

      I hardly find any.i am looking for cons.will update if I find any.
