7yWe greatly appreciate your feedback about the company’s environment and the quality of our team members. We have recently started leadership coaching for senior team members so that they can lead projects better and manage teams more effectively. We are also reviewing our technology stack. We are bringing clean architecture, domain-driven design and microservices architecture to our projects, and several of our solutions are being rewritten.
