      Small team, opportunity to multitask

      Optym used to be a good company but the new India country head has started a toxic environment of micromanaging, boot licking and cost cutting on employee's expense. The vision is very narrow which could be the reason why this company is still where it was 10 years ago.They keep hiring and firing CEOs and CHROs (lost count). People

      I joined Optym for the above average pay.

      Cons

      The leadership at Optym does not value its employees and does not appreciate our work. Our supervisors are always disrespectful towards us graphic artists. They often insult and verbally abuse us, and I never heard anything positive come out of their mouths. They should leave this company along with their toxicity.

      I Was Assigned to a Terrible Team, Which Led to Excess Stress

      Pros

      Having a gym there helped me to work out when I wanted. It helped me deal with stress at times.

      Cons

      How you spend your time at this company depends on which team you join. The team I worked with was the worst. It was full of fake people who lied blatantly, didn't take any responsibility, and were quick to blame or point fingers when something went wrong. I was tired of the terrible politics and quit to save my sanity.
