Pros

1. Great place for professional growth. 2. Great inter-team atmosphere. 3. High salaries. 4. Regularly organised team buildings, retreats and corporate meetings. 5. Regular business trips(no so often starting from 2015, but still there are) 6. Good social benefits.(Sport package, social security for the family, etc.)

Cons

1. The management process still needs to improve. 2. Sometimes we need to work overhead. 3. Lack of time on self development. 4. A lot of time is spent on bureaucratic procedures.

Pros

No nonsense company, with good people and work. Good platform to learn new things, and team members are open minded. Because the founders are from the academia, the culture is disciplined (which increases your productivity). There is a very flat hierarchy, and you have access to everyone in the company.

Cons

Pretty hectic (depends on the project), but still work doesn't spill over to the weekends, typically.
