We realize that continuous improvement is necessary for today’s competitive environment to grow and prosper. You have mentioned several areas of improvements. Here is what we are doing to address those: (i) We brought in an experienced HR Director who has started bringing best HR practices to Optym; we are confident that effective communication between upper management and employees will be restored soon. (ii) We have started monthly Pulse meetings where any employee can answer any question anonymously and every question is answered in-person in the meeting or by email by the CEO. (iii) We are in the process of hiring two more senior architects to our team. We thank you again and wish you the very best in your professional career and life.
