Pros

It has all the ingredients of a great company. 1. Projects/ Products' work is intellectually challenging. As a engine team member, you get to work on some great algos and get to create better designs. 2. Management follows Employee-centric approach, which is the best part. Your voice is not only heard but prompt actions are taken. This even reflects in their policies for wholesome employee engagement. Team outings, happy hours, Wednesday Lunches, Annual Retreats are few examples. Even the smallest details such as ordering extra chapatis for you in team lunches are taken care of. 3. The people you work with are really sharp and helpful. Since the work is challenging so bar for hiring new members is also high. Team leads are extremely cool and since the team size is small , you get good amount of visibility. 4. Pantry : Ohh my....you'll just love this place. Name any snack or fruit or drink (non alcoholic :P ) and you'll find it. If you don't then it is just one Jira apart :) 5. The environment is very lively, courtesy to the young crowd. And hence, marriages are endemic :D. Even I got affected some time back :P

Cons

Since hiring bar is high, the work per individual is high as well. But the work is intellectually satisfying and you enjoy it. With good annual growth , temporary space crunch is there but it will soon be solved with the newer premise as management is already working on it. Work around releases gets heavy because of accommodating unplanned changes but it is applicable to every small organization. With all the options in pantry, you do tend to put on few extra Kilos.

Pros

Very good company from point of view different aspects. Very good bonus system. High salaries. And most important, you will have chance always grow from point of view technical/professional part. There is different projects (Air lines, Rail, etc.) with different technologies and with worldwide clients (Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, FeedEx, CSX, etc.). Also if you are doing good job you will be always evaluated employee.

Cons

Sometime you can work 10-12 hours during the day, but during yearly review you will get benefits which will cover extra working hours.
