      I have been with with Oracle for a little over a month and I am blown away by the quality of training. I hope the company continues to put an emphases on educating their employees!

      Pros

      If you get a good territory and your timing is right, you can make good money.

      Cons

      Territories are assigned by the Sales Ops team. They have their formula for determining what is a viable territory. But what they derive from their data is not the reality of the patch. You can get stuck in a bad situation, from which, there is no extraction other than quitting or making a lateral move that has no assurance you'll be dealt a better hand from Sales Ops.
