Pros

Freedom is the one greatest offer from Oracle. Very loose every day control and reliance on people expertise. Oracle is also THE top B2B information technology company globally, possibilities are only a step away.

Cons

Little integration between division can make a consultant life very frustrating. Very little chance of vertical career as everybody above likes his/her own chair and replacement at the top is basically non existing.
