Pros

Great work/life balance. People at Oracle are very friendly and are very willing to help you be successful. HQ has a complimentary (and large) gym that hosts various workout classes and the cafeteria is excellent.

Cons

Expect change to happen often -- this can sometimes be of a benefit but more often than not will require adjusting to new structures (both with compensation and management).

Pros

Oracle is a great place to kick off your sales career. They do an excellent job of training you on the basics and getting you comfortable with customer interactions and the selling process. The atmosphere is very social and team oriented.

Cons

Because the company is so big it is very "corporate". It is very easy for your schedule to get filled with internal meetings that feel pointless. The salary is also very low for the amount of work you are expected to complete.

Decent comp when doing well, but very territory based. Good opportunity out of college. Young environment. Great management team, and lots of resources at your disposal.

Cons

A lot of cynicism among reps, but varied based on territory, pillar, etc. Definitely not the easiest company to work with fat to day.
