Pros

If you figure out the game and perform well, you can make a lot of money here without much experience. Culture is strong. There are some great people at this company. A ton of room to grow and be promoted. Good performance is definitely rewarded. Most prospects understand our product is best in breed. Training is very good. If you buy in, you are guaranteed to become a better sales person.

Cons

Fierce internal competition to work accounts in saturated territory. Blatant favoritism of top reps. Less than 10% of reps hit quota. Might be closer to 5-7%. If you aren’t performing well, they will treat you poorly until you quit instead of helping you improve. Extremely difficult to prospect into strong fit accounts because hundred of reps work the same territory.
