Pros

Good stable employment. Very competent executives. One of the few companies where you get exposure to the entire IT stack. Good place to be if you want to learn or specialize. The work is fulfilling and professionally rewarding.

Cons

The company is large and financially well managed. This means that it has established processes that are hard to work around. Also getting a pay raise takes a ton of effort.
