Pros

Great place to learn, fantastic campus, nice gym!

Cons

Growth opportunities are hard to come by. Organization is top heavy. Either they all need to retire or move on to something before others can advance.

Pros

Oracle is a large and stable company with plenty of cash flow. There's no fear here of going out of business, or being acquired. The company offers versatile hours, supports working from home, and has decent facilities.

Cons

After you reach a certain level, there are very few opportunities for advancement at Oracle. Standard HR practices are virtually non-existent: no performance reviews, no raises, no bonuses, limited ability to move around within the company. There appears to be no interest from management in understanding or addressing employee dissatisfaction.
