Pros

Nothing I would list as a pro

Cons

Everything, not so great culture. Zero organization. Constantly moving from team to team with new managers and new product lines.

Pros

Excellent training program. Great place to start a career in SaaS. No one is going to hold your hand to do your job. You must be hungry to find and source leads and opportunities. ERG groups are great. Excellent workplace for Veterans.

Cons

Could potentially get lost in the numbers. Definitely not a flashy start-up. You will come across people in the field who just absolutely hate talking to Oracle, but that is not your issue, it is theirs.
