Pros

Some decent people on my team. Uncle Larry lunches. Field reps would spoil account teams. Some fun activities.

Cons

People cheat. Grueling environment. Unhealthy workplace in a lot of ways. Those who cheat or are lucky get promoted. A lot of it is luck of the draw for what territory and account team you get put on.
