Pros

A reputable company that pays kind of well. Has a great training program that others will benefit you in the long term.

Cons

You will get burned out of this job pretty quickly. It is not fun, especially remotely it is isolating and depressing. Pretty cutthroat here. The way you do well here is by scheming the best.
