Pros

Nothing positive taken away from this role.

Cons

- No training whatsoever - Hourly pay advertised as salary - Intentionally ambiguous bonus pool quarterly payout. You might make 7K, you might make $2K. Nobody can clearly explain how the pay out was determined - "Winter Vacation" advertised as a perk is actually a forced 2 weeks of time off, paid for by your personal PTO balance. If you don't have any, they will put you in the negative - The goal post will be changed several times mid-to late quarter (12 times in my tenure). Seems like a way not to payout in my opinion - The company is a "jack of all trades master of none" Since MR.Oracle tries to get its grubby fingers in every market, none of the products are fully fleshed out, leaving huge product gaps for the customer at the same price as fully conceived competitor products. Customer integrations are a nightmare and almost always turn into escalations. - There are CONSTANT layoffs (30K more expected soon), and this is leveraged for fear-based leadership. There wasn't a single time in my 1.25 years here where I didn't fear I could lose my job at any second (top performer, always exceeding quota)
