Oracle is transforming itself into a cloud business. There is a lot of changes going on. If you join the right team , you will learn fast and build something new.

Cons

* The transformation is at nascent stage and it is adhoc and chaotic. Processes are as complicated as it can get with an SSO and about 20+ different passwords you need. * Beware of the team you join, if it is older enterprise technology chances are you may be laid off soon.
